We were unsure of which part of St. Martin to stay in, but very glad we chose this spot. Amazing to be right on the water. Spectacular view of bay, with Marigot and mountains in the background, plus out to Anguilla. Quiet and low-key - just perfect. Great walk out to Pointe du Bluff. Very comfortable and relaxing and great service. A real treat!!!

Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
Laurene, the hostess, was wonderful. She made everything so easy and was always available to answer all of our questions.
It was a safe location, in a gated community and the apartment was very clean. If you have no difficulties walking, you can walk to town, even though the pavements in Sint Martin are not the best.
There is a supermarket nearby (even sold some vegetarian items), a pharmacy and more. Check out Wonderfood By De, a nice little restaurant, just a couple of minutes from the apartment.
Nice space in apartment, very clean & great location. Bakery & small supermarket across the road & plenty of free street parking out front. Restaurant at hotel (We never ate there as we were out early & home late with day trips) but it looked good.
