We were unsure of which part of St. Martin to stay in, but very glad we chose this spot. Amazing to be right on the water. Spectacular view of bay, with Marigot and mountains in the background, plus out to Anguilla. Quiet and low-key - just perfect. Great walk out to Pointe du Bluff. Very comfortable and relaxing and great service. A real treat!!!

Nice layout, effective use of windows utilized the ocean breeze so air conditioning was rarely needed, good proximity to bakery, restaurants, grocery store and Marigot, great views, nice private upstairs space gave good separation from the kids room downstairs, locals very friendly.

The house is truly amazing. Everything is like the pictures online. The view is wonderful. The house is very clean, all the things you will need for a good stay are there. Kitchen very complete, very nice.
Contact with owners was good! questions were answered quickly. We missed some towels but same day they were brought already.
