This house is located on a slope of a mountain which offers absolutely stunning views all around. You can oversee the village below and into the sea for a great distance. On clear days you can see the lake of Shkodër and the surrounding mountains. The design of the house is very though through, from every room you can enjoy the incredible surroundings. The kitchen, bathroom and living room are all very well equipped. The hosts are very friendly and even provided cold drinks and some fruit when we arrived. We loved our stay here and we can only praise this property and it's hosts. Highly recommended!

We liked everything! We had a whole house only for us, with a pool and direct entrance to the sea. The house is well equipped, with all amenities for a comfortable stay. I can't decide what we liked the most - the private part of the sea, the pool, or the spacious house with 3 bedrooms 🙂🙂 Definitely a place to visit and we plan to come again next year!

We really enjoyed our stay at Katana. The cottage was clean, comfortable and included everything an apartement needs for a longer stay. We only stayed for one night, unfortunately, but nevertheless had a lovely experience with the kindest and most generous hosts.

Great value for money with a very friendly host who happily gave us a lift into the centre when we needed it and also arranged for a taxi service for us when we left. The view from the terrace of the mountains was great and the garden was lovely. Great olive oil too!

Stunning localisation with beautifull seaview. Very clean swimming pool with a lot of sunbeds and umbrellas. Apartment very comfortable with everything You need.(Air condition, small kitchen with equipment).Apartments area is calm, because quite small capacity of the building. There is no beach in here, but secure entrance to sea water from the bridge above the rocks. Great place for activities in the sea. The host and his family are very helpfull and friendly. We spended lovely time here. Definietely We want to be back in here :)
This was possibly the best Booking experience we've had. First of all, the hosts were incredibly nice and went beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable! The place itself is very clean and in wonderful position- next to the sea, with private beach, in a lovely village. It is a perfect stay if you want to escape the crowd and enjoy Adriatic sea.
The place is more beautiful than actually on photos! Our apartment was spacious and so nice, with Amazing view to the sea side. Beach is very close, sea is very clean, pool is perfect and we had place in garage for our car, so it was not stayed on the sun. The staff is nice and there for you when you need it. I would recommend it to everyone!
The rooms were amazing, we were a group and booked 4 rooms and each had a kitchen equipped with everything and a balcony with nice views and private bathrooms. The rooms were very clean and the host was very kind and friendly and helped us with everything we needed. If we ever visit Montenegro we will definitely be staying here again. I highly recommend it!

No sandy beach but the residence is right on the water, bring your snorkel, mask and flippers....! A salt water pool is also great during the hot summer nights...

I liked everything very much. the location is very comfortable. The beach is close to the villa, there is a shop nearby, tennis courts and fitness facilities are 10 m from the villa, a beautiful view from the terrace. Very clean. Manager Viktor and administrator Irina are very nice. We will definitely come back next year and recommend it to everyone who wants to relax with comfort and coziness.
