The house is very spacious and cozy.
All the little things are thought out in house, everything is done with love and convenience - for “yourself”.
Cypress trees around the house are very good, they protect from direct sun.
Convenient and high-quality home supplies (towels, all necessary utensils and tools for cooking, washing fruits and vegetables, bed linen)
Excellent grills (there are several).

Really lovely position and beautiful view, this is a villa which is perfect for a very peaceful holiday. Easy to reach the beach at Sveti Stevan, Petrovac and Budhva. The accommodation is excellent, the hosts are fantastic, the neighborhood is also good, only the daily traffic jam during the vacation season is a little bit annoying.

We stayed in the stone cottage, everything was new, it was spacious, light and airy with brand new appliances and furniture. The outside decking was wonderful with loads of space to sit and relax in the shade or the sun. The garden is beautiful with a lovely little pool to cool off.
The cottages are located off the main coastal road but it’s a really peaceful haven away from people and the traffic and the views across the valley are great. It’s better to have a car to visit nearby beaches (though there is a nearby bus stop) as the local beach isn’t the best. It’s a 25 minute walk to the local beach resort Canj. The cottages are a brilliant base to visit anywhere along the coast and beautiful lake Skadar. We also went up into the mountains for a day.
Ivana and Goran were fantastic hosts - so friendly and helpful and were just a quick text away if you needed them. Wonderful people!
