What the villa offered was absolute perfection and the best stay possible. The villa is modelled from a very traditional home and is certainly a little quirky but for tranquility, restfulness and a perfect self-catering experience it can't be topped. The peacocks, chickens, tortoises, geckos, geese, frogs and donkeys made our stay so much more amazing.
The location is so tranquil but also with good road connections to Tangier, Tetouan, Chefchouen, and the Med and Atlantic coasts.

The property was extremely spacious and clean with beautiful views of the ocean out front. The amount of greenery out front in the garden and throughout neighboring properties makes it seem like you are on an island getaway. The beach is walking distance with access to a large walkway filled with restaurants and cafés.

The owner told me it was a new project and welcomed my suggestions. It is in a good central location, the staff were very nice and friendly. The room and the bathrooms were very clean. The bed was very comfy.
Marwan is a very helpful host, he messaged me before I arrived and was telling me the route through the phone. Hostel itself is quite a new place with a good terrace on the rooftop. Very clean. There is a big guest zone. There is a kitchen as well. At night is quiet.
It's worth mentioning that this is not a luxurious hotel, and surely the one must realise this when paying the rate, however it's a perfect accommodation that offers a very clean room and extremely well located stay. Above all, the staff are very welcoming, friendly and kind.
A real gem just inside the ancient Medina. The Riad was very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Nice cotton sheets and fluffy towels, excellent shower. The roof top terrace is a nice place to sit and cool down in the evening.
This riad is brand new. It has opened in July 2024. Very nice place. The location is in the heart of the medina. The room is very clean, everything was new. Aymen and Mohammed, the owners, are very kind and very helpful. We felt very safe in this place. Thank you for your help !! We will come back for sure if we are in Tetouan again :)
The Riad was pretty and authentic. I was told by Osama that it’s over 200 years old and was a typical Tetouan family residence.

The staff were amazing, breakfast was delicious and Mohammed was fantastic and took us everywhere we wanted to go, we saw all the sights and even when we were out for a meal he would come and pick us back up and take us back to the hotel……we arrived as visitors and left as friends 👍👍
