This is a very honest review (like all of ours). Also mentioning all in the "good" section as booking.com is picking on anything in the negative section so don't want to negatively impact the algorithm.
We would have left 10/10, in fact 11/10 cos I do have very serious health issues and the hosts actually went the extra mile to accommodate and teach us how to use local ingredients to cook for me since almost none of the ingredients I'm allowed are available in Morocco. But leaving 8/10 for reason mentioned below.
Now, we stayed in winter and it was unusually cold one. So in a huge house (all to ourselves) with no heating, it was cold, I mean coooold. But this is not reflexted in our score as obviously the host cannot change the weather and installing heating for the odd few weeks a year would be unreasonable. Moreover, it was supposed to be in the 30Cs during our stay and the weather took turn to barely 10Cs out of a sudden from the evening we've arrived. To a point that we were searching early flights out. Hosts provided lots of blankets, which was great. All the indoor and outdoor areas are nicely decorated and good even for larger groups, celebrations etc, especially if you prefer the nice traditional feel.
To the common notes from other guests:
Kitchen is sufficient, but it's true that there is very little equipment (even for Moroccan standards, but if you ask for anything, they will provide).
Bathroom is on the smaller side, but perfectly sufficient and with endless hot water, so definitely not an issue in our eyes.
Beds are good, honestly, comfy, no complaints from us.
Location - apart from the rather pretty beach there is really nothing so travel only when temperatures allow for to enjoy this side of things.

location, close to all facilities, no need to take the car. very close to the beach, walking distance. great view from the apartment on the sea. very nice terrasse on the roof top with a great view on oualidia sea. very clean apartment equipped with all needed (WIFI, Bath Towels, equipped kitchen). big apartment suitable for family up to 6. very quiet and safe area. all is close to do grocery and great restaurant around. Thank you for the host for being available and making our stay a great experience.
Although aside from the bedroom the rest of the spaces were shared the apartment is very big and spacious, fully equipped, very clean and fresh, the sheets smelled amazing, the rooftop's marvelous which adds to the beauty of the ocean view, the hosts were welcoming and friendly. The place is generally aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. Would recommend 1000%
Everything: the beds are comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom are new, everything was very clean, nicely decorated, huge terrace, very nice family owners (super friendly and hospitable), the area is very nice - local and close to the beach (nice walks)

The apartment was very clean, smelled good. The kitchen equipment was brand new as were the sheets. Very good wifi. A nice view from the Terrasse and a good location. The owner was so kind. He gave us advice and suggested places for us and gave us some beach supplies to do activities on the beach.
