Were welcome by the owner that give us the key and a quick tour of the property. hot tub was ready to be used. Beautiful and well-maintained house, less than 400m from the beach. Owners left us beers and prosecco to celebrate Ligo. Bedroom windows have bug screen which is very uncommon for Latvia and was great.
We didn't use the sauna but it's a very nice one. On the large backyard, there is a fire pit that you can cook on and a gas grill. There is no microwave. Large size fridge was a great as we were 3 couples and had plenty of room for all our food and drinks.
It was clear to us that the owners take great care of their property and that they want all guests to feel at home.
There is a small grocery store 400m away, the largest alcohol store in the Baltics (SuperAlko) is about 1.5km away.
Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
Very nice place, the owners have done a fantastic job with the house - authentic yet modernly comfortable. Every detail is about guests' comfort. Spacious rooms, very clean, choices of lightning, outlets in all right places, full kitchen with extras in the hallway, fresh flowers, proper hairdryer. The host provided with all the info, plus a guide about the town and history of the house. Big yard outside with nice tables and rest areas, plus an area in a large old renovated barn. Would recommend even for a pickiest traveler.
Very good location, facilities, everything very clean and in order. Outdoor grill became really handy in the evening :). Check-in was very easy. We asked for later check-out, as we were quite tired, and hosts agreed with it - this was very good news for us.

The location was just great for our purposes. The fact that the ocean is just a few steps away is nice, and we did have a night swim by the sea shore. We also liked that the kitchen was (except for the lack of coffee maker) very well equipped. The building was new and very clean and nice!
such a nice, cosy, well designed, well located, friendly and great value of money HOTEL and RESTAURANT. The food is amazing and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are quite basic, but very clean and nicely decorated. Everyone should stop here when driving the via baltika!
