Everything. The accommodation was first class. Modern and spacious with rustic charm. Built to an amazingly high standard by the owners. The owners were extremely welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, including helping us arrange transport to the two rocks and Kandy giving us the right advice about what times to go. The swimming pool was big, warm and spotlessly clean. The owners arranged our incredible elephant safari and advised us which was the best location to visit. The breakfast and evening meal prepared by our hosts was excellent and really good value.

We literally had a massive luxury triple room for just the 2 of us… super good breakfast, and amazingly helpful owners (they drove us with their tuk tuk to the rock at about 4:30am…), all for a ridiculously reasonable price :). After climbing the rock we walked back? Was about 25-30 mins back to the villa (;

Just wow! Amazing Homestay with the nicest family. The location for us was perfect to discover Sigiriya and the surrounding as we had a scooter for rent. The host took care of every wish we had (organising a safari, renting a scooter, e.g.). Delicious breakfast. We can totally recommend this hidden gem. If we ever come back to Sigiriya it would definitely be at holly flowers villa 🌺

We loved everything about this place. We booked the new family room with private pool. Its very generous in size, very clean and the pool is great. The room is perfectly equipped for a family stay. Breakfast was great too. We had a great time staying here and will be back next time we visit Sri Lanka.
