Very nice villa close to the ocean, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. And especially I would like to give a big thank to the guy, who manages the villa. He was very helpful when airlines lost our baggage and he cleaned the swimming pool every day!

Very lovely, welcoming and helpful people, oriented towards healthy living through food and mindfulness. The villa is nicely decorated and some have a bathroom with an open air shower. Last minute booking (i just landed on the airport then I booked it) was perfectly possible.
They offered pickup with their car but I got a tuktuk ride via an app instead cause that would be faster and a bit cheaper.

These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
The location of the hotel is great and the views from the rooms and the pool area is amazing. The pool was very clean. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Food was good and reasonably priced. There are also some nearby restaurants and a small supermarket. The staff was really nice and attentive. It was a perfect stay before going home after traveling around on Sri Lanka.

The owner Sanju is fully and genuinely dedicated to his guests and willing to help and assist anytime. Him and his mother bring a family ambiance which is really appreciated, I have learned a lot about the culture and the island by chatting with them.
He is very professional and honest, he also speaks very good English, Italian and Russian.
