The property was perched on the top of the hill with a gorgeous view of Unawatuna's bay. There was a long verandah outside the "living room" with chairs placed in thoughtful groups along its length. The living room was welcoming and the bedroom very comfortable. There was a pool set below the house which was very pleasant to spend time around. Breakfast was delicious.

Excellent location within quiet neighbourhood but not far from the bustling town. Great place to stay if you want to go on excursions to national parks, whale watching or sightseeing and close to Jungle beach.

We booked through booking.com at 7pm by 7.45pm we were walking in the door and were met by the manager and staff to welcome us and help with our luggage. They were expecting us and the welcome was wonderful. Warm, friendly and helpful. A relief after we had had to leave an Airbnb due to security problems Kk was such a relief to arrive at.

Very clean, spacious room and bathroom.. Especially staff are very kind and friendly.. Location is quite good. There is tutkuk stop just in front of the hotel entrance.. Beach is beautiful,clean and sandy.. Pool is overlooking the ocean so amazing..
A beautiful, secluded hotel with huge room and a private pool looking over the tea plantation and jungle. This is a very tranquil location and you very much feel at one with nature and your surroundings. Monkeys jumping around in the trees, peacocks walking around and endless bird songs. We did not use the main pool as our private villa pool was huge and the views were just as great, the rooms are also extremely private. The restaurant food was very good too and again with amazing views. Staff were friendly and attentive.
We didn’t want to leave🥲. We had a wonderful time. It’s on the water, great if you are a nature lover. it’s very quiet and relaxing. Food was really good, 15 min to an amazing beach ( very clean and not touristy) The family and staff are absolutely fantastic. I wish them all the best🥰
The staff were all very friendly, the room was incredible! Very clean, light and perfect for a romantic holiday for two. We had dinner twice in the hotel and both meals were very tasty. We would 100% come back, this was one of our favourite stays of our trip! Was perfect. Also wanted to say thank you to Khan who cooked us dinner from the Indian cuisine- this meal was Devine and was our favourite meal of the holiday!?
The room was very clean and cozy! I got the big room with the window, that was very beautiful because there was a lot of light in the room. No mosquitos, nice bed, table and chair.
Also they did my laundry, and it was super fast and cheap.
Stunning Villa Kadju, well maintained with amazing private pool and view to treetops. Pool has sun from 9 am to 3 pm. Huge cozy Villa in fresh light blue appearance. Good silent aircon. About 30 minutes by car to reach the nearest beach. Recommendation: Kabalana Beach is most wonderful for swimming and not crowded, hidden away from roadside. Amazing waves.
This family run business is headed by Nimal, who looked after me very well. It’s a lovely setting, room was very clean, i got a big breakfast everyday - and it’s great value for those travelling on a budget.
