The villas are very nice, cozy and clean. The entire property looks amazing, very well maintained. The staff was super friendly and helpful, we had breakfast and dinner on our own terrace, they even helped us with the laundry, free of charge, because the service at the hotel they usually work with was not available at that moment.

This location is perfectly nestled into the midst of the rainforest and is perfect for peace and tranquility, we arrived much to the surprise of the host due to us booking very last minute and the host not yet being updated by booking.com however that did not hinder his warm welcome and his keeness to ensure our happiness. He arranged a tuktuk to take us to a nearby waterfall and by the time we arrived back the room was all set up perfectly for us. We enjoyed sitting in the treehouse and were served a delicious authentic sri lankian meal followed by the most amazing night sitting under the fire flies listening to the thunder storm. The room was just what we hoped it would be, a calm jungle like experience. We will 100% visit again if we are ever back in this beautiful country.

The house is very big, plenty of space to relax or spend time together, large bedrooms, each with own bathroom. Great location - very quiet, in the hills, not too far from Kandy. Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Of the 9 places I have stayed in Sri Lanka, this had the best facilities. Smart bedding and towels, working TV, bar fridge and wifi; good hot water supply. Pleasant outlook from balcony, including toque macaque monkeys playing on wires not far away. Close to main street but only train noise noticed. Owner keen to assist. Comfortable lounge chairs and small dining table. Very clean modern bathroom. Only a 350 rupee ride to the fabulous Myula Restaurant/Bar with its sensational views and great food. Exemplary.
