It was my second time on Sri Lanka. 6 years ago I was solo traveller. This time I travelled with my family of 3 and initially our intetntion was to spend 2 nights in this place and move further to enjoy the secrets of an island. Hovewere, after those 2 nights we decided to extend our stay, and then to extend it again - to the very end of our visit on Sri lanka - this is how we liked the place.
Place itself provides the feeling of isolation from the crowds - you can see and hear the jungle from the terrace. Each morning I conducted the routine with my 1.5 year old son to go birdseeing which he enjoyed a lot. Swimming pool was also nice. At the same time the the host was great and place overall was very clean. The possibility to have a great breakfast/lunch/dinner at place is a gamechanger here. All the positives combined influenced our decision to stay longer than we anticipated.

Very cosy and quiet villa with friendly and helpful staff and great chef. The food was really tasty! Although some of the furniture or decorations need to be renovated or replaced, we would already like to go back and recommend it to all our friends. There is potential for a great place, yet it seems to lack some good care and energy. I am a yoga teacher too, and generally a positive person. Yet, I also like when things are transparent and honest. I love giving positive reviews, when it’s deserved, yet here I guess this is is the second time in life that I will note that much on the downside.

Staying in this place was the best decision of my trip. The owner was very welcoming, he cooked a delicious breakfast for me and told me lots of interesting facts about Sri Lanka🙏
The best part is the pool, where you can stay for the whole night, if you want, and watch the stars🌟 since it has no concept of "working hours", it's just there for you!
The rooms were clean, the wifi connection was very good and there was hot water all the time.

The place is very nice and cozy, the bathroom was experince :) the host made us tasty and very big breakfast including fruit, pancakes and drinks! The garden is very beautiful and quiet. We recommend the place for šaty as we loved it

Very nice place with a lovely couple. We felt very welcome and also very comfortable. The room is spacious and very clean. Nice AC and a big bed. We were welcomed with a drink fresh from the fruit from the garden. The garden is calm and beautiful. Good and various breakfast. They drove us to the airport what was very relaxt. Thank you so much for the stay. If we go back to Sri Lanka we will definitely stay here again!
