The villas are very nice, cozy and clean. The entire property looks amazing, very well maintained. The staff was super friendly and helpful, we had breakfast and dinner on our own terrace, they even helped us with the laundry, free of charge, because the service at the hotel they usually work with was not available at that moment.

We loved the out-of-the'way location. It was so peaceful, while the colonial bungalow was elegant, comfortable and spotless. Our host Petra was attentive and extremely helpful. She went out of her way to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed. Rani, the on-site housekeeper was delightful and ensured our day-to'day needs and comfort were taken care of... and her cooking was an exceptional introduction to Sri Lankan food.

As the name would suggest the colonial feel of the property is like being taken back to another era.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Really enjoyed the entire time. Mr.Dulip was so friendly to us. The environment was very clean, attractive and peaceful. Had a delicious dinner. We Will definitely come back again there next time.

We were welcomed by the lovely couple with juice and new years treats. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and hot shower in the bathroom.

Probably the biggest & most comfortable bed in Sri Lanka. The room is generously big, very clean and electricity, hot water, fan - just everything worked completely fine. The hosts are both very helping and friendly. We received a very nice welcome tea and totally enjoyed our stay!
