So beautifully decorated, calm and peaceful. The facilities were great and the bed was super comfortable. Nice and close to the airport so great for before or after travels. The lady running it is so kind and helpful too.

What a great end to our holiday! Our plans changed quite last minute and we were able to check in a day early and the staff were so flexible to help us with this.
We stayed for 3 nights before our flight home and it was exactly what we needed. Great pool, spa and restaurant and the staff were all great. We felt so welcome and looked after. We didn’t explore Negombo, but it was a great location if you did want to, and also only 25 mins from the airport and organising the taxi was so easy via the hotel. Would highly recommend.

The host's hospitality was wonderful and I felt very relaxed.

There were floats and water guns, and the children were very happy.
There was a washing machine and they also lent me a rope to dry my clothes, which was very helpful.

They are clearly used to looking after guests like us, collecting us from the airport in their van which was big enough for our tandem. We walked to breakfast through their well-kept garden, and there are so many other touches that come from years of experience in hospitality.

Big room and awesome shower. Great place to stay the day before we needed to catch a flight. The free shuttle to the airport made it a seamless experience and we really appreciated the convenience.

Stay, facilities were exceptional and the place was awesome one. Tidy And pleasant environment. It situated in a prime and best location just 30 m to Negombo main road.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
We were warmly welcomed upon arrival. The hosts are super kind and lovely people. They greeted us with a drink, helped carry our backpacks, ordered food for us and prepared a delicious breakfast. Additionally, they arranged transportation to our next destination. The place is very clean as well. If we are in the area again, we will definitely return.
Big room with desk, small sitting area and comfortable bed. The balcony with nice view over the pond is beautiful for relaxing at night. . Everything is very clean. Good food at the restaurant and also the Café Engine. Very nice staff.
I have been here several times and will come again. After arrival or before departure at the airport I much prefer Veyangoda instead of the more touristy Negombo.
