Villa had all amenities and was kept exceptionally clean. It was just a 1 night stay. Wish we had stayed longer. and caretakers led by Raj were exceptional. They took care of every need. Food they prepared for dinner and complimentary breakfast had great taste and went with our specific needs. Can't ask anything more. Would highly recommend.

We Are so happy we chose King's Villa over a hotel in the center as Kandy is busy and noisy. We had a great time staying there, the villa was very comfortable with privacy is the best, the garden and the pool incredible. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, service was quick and the food was great! homemade breakfast with ingredients from the garden highly recommended. Great entrance hall with comfortable couches and nice terrace outside with sunbeds and tables for breakfast and dinner. Looking forward to our next trip and we will be returning to this Villa for a longer stay.

I recently completed a 12-day tour of Sri Lanka, and I can confidently say that this place was the highlight of my trip! It was by far the cleanest I've stayed in during my travels, with impeccable attention to detail that made my stay incredibly enjoyable. The staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, accommodating, and genuinely eager to ensure that my experience was perfect. The small but beautifully maintained garden added a lovely touch to the ambiance, and the breathtaking views from the balcony were truly a sight to behold.
I was pleasantly surprised when they offered to serve a free dinner instead of breakfast since we had to leave early in the morning. This thoughtful gesture really exemplified their commitment to customer satisfaction.

GW in Kandy: Historical charm and a warm hospitality and courtesy, which made our stay very special. We were welcomed bij the host and his charming wife. Our host is very helpful and can logically be proud of his home where we stayed alone. There is a lot of attention from the staff - 3 smiling ladies- for detail and sincere care (unexpect cup of tea with treats bij the pool) and at the delicious Indian & SL dinner at a tastefully set table. We think back to you with a warm feeling. Thank you very much. Tip: *Cooking workshop possible on location, * in the evening with tuc tuc to the center (approx. 15 min.) for a bite to eat, * Play carrom board!!
