Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
A well-appointed property with modern facilities. Very clean, for the most part. This was an all-suites hotel, so the rooms were very large. It is also across the street from the Marriott, which makes it convenient if you have to go there for meetings but want a quieter pace at night. Not that the RSK was totally quiet as they provided live entertainment frequently, but it never disturbed me in my room. I enjoyed my full lake view and if you travel there, it is worth booking.
Enormous size apartment with great facilities. Lovely views of mountain from back.

Suggest a hire car would be useful to explore whole island tholugh there are taxis and local buses for short trips.
It was a beautiful experience, very clean, very helpful and friendly staff in particular our little friend Jah. Food was good only the menu is quite limited. Drinks at the bar were on point. The location was great, close to everything.
Loved the vibe of the resort, it was very quiet when we were there so we often had the second pool (right outside our room) to ourselves. The staff was super friendly and everything was very clean. Don't often say this but would return.
Modern studios, very clean, on-site parking, although not located on a beach, the location is still convenient to visit St Kitts (if you have a car) - overall, alright value for money

People, Place, Cost, Position- Timothy Beach is a lesser 'Resort' than Maybe Marriot or Hyatt but it is Very Clean, with good sized rooms and all with a Great Caribbean view! And Way Cheaper. Their Sunset Cafe, Food was always Very well Presented, well Cooked, Fresh and just generally nice. The Staff were all Very Helpful and accommodating
A very clean spacious apartment, pools were lovely, good gym, walking distance to south frigate beach, supermarket, restaurants.

Alex is the sweetest host you can imagine, he is very helpful and takes perfectly care of his guests.
The rooms are very clean and there is enough space. The small bar has everything you need for reasonable prices.

Breakfast and lunch provided. Food good. Morning coffee provided as a compliment. Excellent first floor verandah for guests to use. Staff very helpful indeed. Air conditioning. Very clean room and en suite. TV.
