Location was definitely wonderful. It was less than a hundred steps from the Kanamecho station and 1 stop away from the busy Ikebukuro station where you can find lots of restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood is quiet and has lots of convenience stores around there. Quite a few restaurants too, but we didn't eat around there. Host was responsive and brought us some items that we requested.

Property was great and placed in a great location. It was amazing a very affordable for our group of 15. The property was very new and well kept. Lots of shopping nearby including 7/11s, Don Quijote, and much more. Sunshine City Mall is also a short bus ride away.
Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
The „room“ was very clean and quiet comfortable. Also the facilities were very clean. You get fresh amenities every day, that’s nice. Also free food and soft drinks in the lobby. If you want to be alone and have peace and quiet, it is the right place.

We booked this hote for 1night for the fire works display which took place in Kawaguchi. I was not expecting much for the price we paid. The double bed is small for big people, but they keep their room and facilities very clean. The bathroom is not new but spotlessly clean. I could see cleaning standard in this hotel is very high. The reception staffs are also very attentive and kind. Thanks for the pleasant stay especially for their cleaning team!
I really like the cleanness of the hotel and the welcome drinking session. It would be better if the welcome drinking session is available in the morning. The public bathroom is also great and very clean. They provide Dyson hair dryers. They also provide free lotion, toothpaste, etc.
