It is not easy to find the location. 5pm already dark, and in forest small road hard to see the road. Have to call the owner to pick up our group from the train station. The owner is friendly.

Location, price and cleanliness. Things are well organized and the host is very responsive to our questions and requests.
Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. The hosts were super kind and helpful, such lovely people!! Despite the location is a bit far from the train station, it didn't bother me since they drove me to the station.
Very clean and cosy place and good amenities.
It was very clean, that was very nice. The host also refreshed our bedscheets after 2 days, we stayed there for 4 days total if I remember correctly.
Also she has a pickup service from the train station to the hostel, that was good. Overall host is very nice.
location: Great! Great central location in Oita city. Right next to the train station, airport bus, shops and restaurants, and the attractions are within 15 mins walk.
Others: very clean, new hotel and room size and price were good. They let me check in two hours early without extra charge which was rare in Japan. Rooftop hot spa was so enjoyable.
the room was comfortable, and the toilet and shower room are very clean. amenities like towel, face toner & creams, hair brush, toothbrush are all provided.
