We enjoyed the facilities including the onsen indoor and outdoor bath. The kids enjoyed the pool even though it was not heated. The appliances in the kitchen were top notch, and the covered terrace with grill was a great space to gather for dinner. We ordered the half board plan which came with plenty of food for our group to grill for dinner and breakfast ingredients. It was nice to not have to food shop or go into town for dinner. My nephews thought the villa was the best part of the trip to Hakone! If you needed anything there is a convenience store within walking distance.

A beautiful modern villa with plenty of space, the space is well appointed and has a fully equipped kitchen. They have thicker foam mattresses if the tatami mats are not to your liking. Would be great for small groups but there is just one bathroom.

The villa is very nice and clean, it's nice that all the area has a good function, we love the projector in the dining area, the kitchen is good for cooking too, they have all the kitchen utilities and was good to have a good breakfast in the morning, everything in the house is smart and the owner is understanding, we definitely will come back again.

Perfect location for first time visitors to the Hakone region. The youtube video supplied prior to checkin was so easy to work out where the property is from the train station on foot. Takes 5 mins walking to get to the villa. There is a 24hr 7-11 across the road literally 30metres from the front door. The villa is spread out over 3 levels, so plenty of space for our family of 5 to relax. The third level is the open attic bedroom tatami style bedding which our boys thought was exciting. Two separate wash closets located on each floor which is great not having to wait to use the toilet! Slippers supplied for throughout the villa and separate slippers in each WC, but not new even though they were in good condition. The washer/dryer machine was fantastic and clothes were well cleaned and dried extremely well. Kitchen facilities were great, lots of appliances on hand to use.
Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
Although the location seemed a little difficult the hotel staff were so kind to send the evening before the way to find the hotel. If you follow it it is vert easy. The location was the best, on top of a shopping mall , connected to the train station. And 10 minutes from the beautiful Odawara tower.
The hotel itself is really great, a big room with a fantastic shower very clean and a really nice ONSEN.
I like the cleanliness, the location and the room of the hotel. As I experienced it is extremely popular for both Japanese and foreign tourists. It is located in the heart of the downtown. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and well-equipped. The staff are very polite, kind and helpful!
Stayed here April 2024. Happy with the apartment. Very clean standard Japan home. Got washing and dryer combo for laundry, induction cooktop, dehymidifier, etc. A view of the Odawara castle was a plus. Short walk to train station (JR, bullet train and Hakone Tazon line) and bus interchange so getting to Hakone was very easy. Alot of restaurants nearby, eg. Minaka and other street food. Staff was super helpful, friendly and speaks sufficient English. Also can hire ebikes at reception.
It was an amazing apartment. Great value for money. The place was very clean and the staff we very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
The hostel is very clean and easy to reach with a short walk from Odawara station. There is also a very nice and cozy bar downstairs and Ricky, the owner, is just a great guy. He made the stay feel special!
The room and house was perfect. Everything was very clean and the delightful owner left some small snacks and water for us. Really felt like an authentic home stay.
It was very close to the station and our car hire drop off location. The owner communicated well with us about the location and regarding our arrival time.

This place was amazing! The location to Odawara Castle was very convenient. The capsule was very comfortable and the shower was great, very clean. The check in process was easy and the common area was very clean and comfortable.
Close to Odawara castle and Odawara train station. Many restaurants nearby so it makes a good base to explore the broader area. The accommodation was decently sized and very clean. The bathroom had ample space.
