Renting this house is one of the best experiences for our trip, all of my family member love it!! It is easy to find the house from JR station, only 10 min walk, house is just next to home center DCM Homac. As we arrived little late, no restaurant open that time, it was very convenient to find 7-11 nearby for food. House is huge and well equipped, beds are very comfortable, house looks quite new, very clean and cozy. We enjoyed so much to have our breakfast at the wood deck connected to one of the bed room. We could watch Netflix in the house! Thank you so much for letting us rent the house, we will definitely come back here for next time.

We are little worried about staying at this house as previous guest had a bad review but it’s value for money and we just have a great experience! The house itself maybe old but it is well renovated, it looks very clean and cozy! And so spacious! Our family just love that! It’s very convenient location, only 3min walk from JR Noboribetsu station, very convenient to get the onsen street by bus. If you arrive Noboribetsu station late you may have difficulty to find restaurants you like, many of them close earlier like 7pm, better to check the restaurant earlier, you also can buy stuffs at the convenience store nearby. No need to worry to book this accommodation, strongly recommended:) We will come back here next time.

Great amenities, very friendly staff and very clean. The onsen is very big and has many different baths to choose from. We also enjoyed the street with different restaurants.
(1) Best and the biggest onsen I've been! Very spacious. I would go again just for the onsen. I think it's also open to visitors during the day.
(2) Didn't have dinner at the facility because kaiseki was 7700 yen per peson, but the area has very little dinner options, so actually we might try this next time
(3) Room was spacious for four of us and very clean. The staff came between 6 - 9 to set up the mattresses in the tatami room

Being able to make wood fire, and have a bbq made this place attractive to book. But when we arrived, it was beyond our expectations. It has everything we could imagine about a vacation home in a snowy mountain, next to a stream. The location was amazing, so close to all the attractions in Noboribetsu. The house was extremely well equipped, and offered so many amenities. The host was kind and flexible. We wish we stayed there longer, and had more people to share with.
Very clean, very comfortable, very cosy. We loved our stay here, surrounded by snow. The owner has thought of everything, and provided it for the guest. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.
Loved the resort and onsen. The outdoor bath was incredible and we loved the private bath in our room. The hotel is kept very clean, but the private bath in our room had quite a bit of mold everywhere. For such an upscale resort, I was surprised that part wasn't kept cleaner. Walkable to Noboribetsu's major sights--Jigoku Dani and the bear park. We wanted a classic Hokkaido onsen town experience, and Noboribetsu Grand Hotel and this cute little mountain town delivered!
Very kind and helpful staff, great variety at breakfast and dinner. The room was clean, and the private pool was amazing! Thank you for accommodating us!
