It’s right next to China town and tram stops so it is easy to move around. Very clean and comfortable stay. There is an onsen which can be used even if you have tattoos, a big bonus! You can buy coffee from the lobby and there are vending machines too.
The staff were helpful and welcoming, the room was very clean and spacious, the wifi signal was good and there were plenty of plug sockets. It was handy having an ice machine and washing machines in the hotel

Washing machine, nice shower, Netflix TV, big bed. Close to lots of evening restaurants. Microwave and fridge and some cutlery/porcelain. Would recommend and definitely stay here again!
We booked this hotel at the last minute and it completely exceeded our expectations. The room was a good size, very clean and really well equipped, it even had a microwave! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great too. We only stayed one night so didn't have chance to fully explore all the hotel's facilities like the public bath, but if we are ever in Nagasaki again, we would definitely stay here.
