It was a very spacious 2 floor house. The facilities were complete and great. Very close to bus stop. It was clean. It has a nice backyard to spend time with beautiful view. We had a very nice convinient stay.

- you got the whole villa so super spacious
1st floor has 3 bedrooms and 2-3 person for each bedroom and 1 toilet (too bad the bed were not really comfortable as it should) 2 bedrooms are bed and 1 room is the futon bed
2nd floor is the LDK Area (living dining kitchen) and the shower/bathtub and also washing machine
- i love the smart TV here in the living area u can watch Youtube/Netflix and others

- shuttle van to pick you up and sent you on way back to kawaguchiko station
- the owner were Chinese but they speak fairly good English,, very quick to respond too!

It was immaculate. Fantastic views of Fuji. Quiet, a little bit away from the many tourists closer to town but still walkable to things. Easy access to transport.

Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. Good utensils for kitchen.the size is perfect for us with 3br with 6 beds. So no one need to share bed. The place was very clean and well kept.
We love the seating area and the bbq pit behind.
Location of the guesthouse is very idea too with Familymart just across and great food options within walking distance. We also took a short walk to the bridge to see Mt Fuji in the morning.
House is very clean, Family Mart is just opposite the house, there is a safety box for the house’s key very easy to check in. the owner is so kind and very quick response. Strongly recommended.
