everything was accurate to the picture being shown, everything looks new. apartment was warm from the living room to even their shower. apartment was also equipped with sufficient cutleries and cooking ware. apartment is also equipped with two showers/ toilets (even one onsen)which is important for big groups. location wise, just slightly remote so driving is a must. But for the price point, definitely worth it. their recommendation for sports rental was also cheaper than the common brands and hassle free as they will bring the equipment down for sizing. Return is a breeze too as we just need to leave the items outside the apartment.

We have two small folding bikes and planned to do a round 羊蹄山 cycling. Kimi is so nice to propose us use an e-bike that make the trip easier. It is a good bike, My wife enjoy it very much.

The apartment was very clean. Has a washing machine but not a dryer. The Internet was fine. We did lose keys and we were able to get a second set in moments.
The place is very well equipped with a dry room and space for ski/snowboard storage. They also have sufficient toilets/showers such that there was always one free. The facilities are very clean and well kept. The breakfast was appreciated and simple, but good for the price being paid. I recommend that guests buy a few extras to make the breakfast more nutritious.
Though it is an unman hotel, most of the necessities are handily provided. The hotel is overall very clean and it looks and feels modern and neat. It is located right next to Kutchan JR station and there are quite a few dining options near by, and also a supermarket.
