The living room is spacious. Facilities are all complete. Location is perfect. Near to supermarket. Just the road to the house is very narrow, so it’s better if you use small car. Overall, everything is comfortable and pleasant.

First of all, the property we stayed is only the 2nd floor but not the entire building as it showed in the confirmation we received.
And then, the property does not have cooking pots and pans, no utensils, no knife, no cutting board needed for a light cooking. The bowls and only 2 .5 pairs of chopsticks are dirty, so are the spoons and glassware. No paper towels, facial tissue, no dishwashing sponge and the hot water pot was filthy inside with black mold-like stuff. Toilet paper were kept at cabinet in kitchen so we took while to find them
We called on the night we arrived and requested to prepare the basic items on the second day before we returned to property, but the items weren’t there. So we called again, and this time, the manager texted us “what happened?” and not talking to us at all. So we have to text to him and request the items to bring to us immediately, and he did ask personally to get them and that was at around 9pm on Christmas Eve.
Also, when we came back from Christmas dinner, the entrance was full of shoes, and we have no room to get into and take stairs to second floor. And the people (more than 10 people) at first floor were very noisy until midnight.
This is the worst experience ever staying a property like such- property is dirty and the management is not professional in providing services to meet customers needs.

Lowly helpful staff, very clean and tidy, nice little additions like earplugs in the rooms. The location is great too, 2 minutes walk the station to get into the city and all convenience stores and restaurants nearby
i liked the completeness of amenities in the shared spaces. it's a very clean and fragrant place. the toilet for men and women is separate. the kitchen has its own door, and the bathroom also has its own door featuring 2 shower rooms and a laundry area. everything's provided, the laundry soap, tissue, coffee, water heater for coffee/tea, bath soap, shampoo and even conditioner! i liked its proximity to restaurants, Donki, drugstores and the train.
It is near the station 🚉, good location. The Hotel itself is very clean. And the hotel staff are incredible people, warm and very friendly . The lady staff she deserve all the roses 🌹🌹🌹 Thank you for your kindness 🥰
Amazing room with a hot tub equipped with jacuzzi function and bath also equipped with jaccuzi function. Also in the room was a king size bed, massage chair, old game consoles and a big tv. The room was very clean and neatly organized. The location was about an hour away from popular destinations like akihabara using public transport. There is also a 7/11 nearby and a katsuya and yukinoya. Do keep in mind that the staff don’t speak english so make sure you have a translation app to use when checking in and out.
