As depicted by the photos, this is a great newly built property in a new residential project slightly out of town. It's a kids-friendly neighbourhood with a nearby small kids' park and playground.
Home is clean and nicely done with all the needed appliances and equipment. The tatami room was great addition especially as we were travelling with a 7 month old baby.
The host put in the extra effort to make sure we were comfortable and went out of her way to get us additional kids-safe mosquito repellent

So much privacy & fully stocked pantry.
The property owner reached out a few days ahead of our stay to find out if we were bbq-ing and prepared the charcoal ahead of time.
Upon arriving, they shared about the all you can drink alcohol which cost 1,500yen per person and it is a fully stocked drink counter. Super worth it I would say.
There were rice and vegetables available for us to bbq and even the kitchen within the cabin comes with all utensils you need.
