Even though the photos may look very 90s, the house itself is very cleanly and stylishly decorated. It is very much out in the fields and you hear all the wildlife if you open the windows. The host was very friendly and allowed us to check in later than listed for which we were very thankful.

The host was wonderful to us and the location was perfect for a family of 7 - in the middle of nature, with a small stream running behind the house, a spacious sitting/bbq area outside, and all the necessary facilities. The kids, who had never been to Japan, are really excited to visit again someday soon! Thank you so much for being so accommodating!
Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
The tatami room is large and very clean.
Very nice scenery looking from the balcony.
Breakfast buffet is delicious, though the variety is limited.
Onsen facilities is large and good, with several different pools.
Spectacular views from the rooms and the restaurant, large onsen facilities, everything is very clean, the staff were super nice and went out of their way to help us when we had forgotten some items in our room and we got our items before our departure flight hundreds of kilometers away. Nice breakfast as well and room and hotel temperature were perfect in November.
