Yachimata Guest House was very easy to find, even after being awake more than 48 hrs and driving for the first time in Japan! The parking was just across the quiet street from the entrance. We weren't able to check our email for the key code and the owner was on-site (he has a studio next door) to explain the wifi door lock and show us around. His english was excellent and he was available for any questions. He brought us some local treats to enjoy. For first time driving in Japan, the area was quiet enough to practice but close enough to busy areas to test ourselves. Being welcome to our dog was the best part!

The location was nice and it was very spacious. The heated table was fun. Having a whole house was very convenient.
Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
Small cozy room that has a massage chair, although we would prefer a table and chairs. Very convenient location, walking distance to train station, malls, food places and convenience stores. Toilet is very clean and bright. We rented a car and they have mechanical parking on-site, easy access.
Location was great, especially if you plan to take Keisei line as it’s just a few steps away from the hotel. But if you need to take JR line or CUM, you have to walk to Chiba station, which is about 5-8 mins away. Not bad but we had 2 luggage’s and a stroller, I would have transferred to Chibachuo station instead if I redo it.
Very clean room as well. They also provide bottled water and replenish it. They also replenished the supplies, like toothbrush, etc.
The room and bathroom were very clean, comfortable, very close to the train station, which was a huge advantage. Lowson, 7 eleven are very close. Very friendly stuff, ready to help. If we ever are back again there, will definitely take the room in this hotel again!
The room was very clean and comfortable, and well positioned to easily reach Chiba station in very few minutes. Despite being in a busy area, it was quiet. Staff was kind and professional.
I liked that it’s close to the train and monorail stations. The breakfast here is good but not as good as other Vessel Inn hotels that’s I’ve stayed in. Room size was good but bathroom a little small. Public bath was great. I loved the location the most and it is a very clean and tidy hotel.
