We loved our stay there! The location and the hotel was great! It’s everything you need for a vacation! The staff was amazing and so kind! They always wanted you to eat well and have a great time! The pool was very clean and generally all the spaces at the hotel is very very clean! The breakfast is generous and yummy! The food is good as well! You can also dive at the royal dive club it’s a very nice experience! Overall it was a great experience and we enjoyed our stay very much!
The staff at the City Tower Hotel in particular Fade and Leizl, made this an exceptional experience. Fade is incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and took a lot of time to tell us places to visit. Leizl gave fantastic customer service when helping us with our meals and was just so friendly. The food was great, so much! The room was a good size and very clean.

The apartment was amazing with a balcony facing the swimming pool , all the kitchen tools were available even water cooler and very fast Internet with ip TV. The bedrooms were very clean with many extra clean bed sheets, blankets and billows adding to that very good air-conditioning 24/7. We were able to enjoy all the amazing and clean swimming pools and the private beach with all it's facilities. Highly recommended for families
All the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Aladdin. The room was very clean and had all the facilities. The breakfast was fantastic, thanks to the great egyptian chef.
Staff at the hotel are amazing 🤩 specially Sanad who support us at the check in, his recommendation about the Beach to use and to provide late check out. Plus the rooms are very clean. And the nice bakery they have ,🤩
highly recommend! Check in was super smooth and the host is very responsive and helpful. Also excellent location super quick walk to saraya which was excellent because that is where we spent a lot of our time. Very clean too 🙌🏼
