The amenities, being in phase 1, the host was cordial, and no issues with the gate. The host actually had the app to let them know what was going on. It's by far the best airbnb I've stayed in, in pheonix park!

What you see is exactly what you get. This place was amazing. Let's start with the welcoming received from the owner, exceptional customer service. Always willing to help and always readily available is like that man does not sleep anytime you need him he responds immediately. His contact will always be saved in my phone, and any time I'm visiting back Jamaica I will contact him directly. I highly recommend this place it is welcoming and relaxing. The pictures tell no lie. The place is so clean and organized, we got welcomed with snacks and treats. We even extended our initial stay. My son is 7 years old, and he made sure to remind me to do the review. He's a hard critic, and his score is 9.8.

Lovely clean home, comfortable bed. Owners are a beautiful, friendly couple, and very accommodating. Gated community with nearby mall, shops, and restaurants. Has AC, wifi, and all the comforts of home. Cute little back porch for breakfast in the morning.

These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
The Royal Vybez Vacation Home is a great location to visit. My bf and I visited yesterday, we were astounded by the location's breathtaking views. The rooms, pool, and quiet environment makes the stay worthwhile. Jerome and Mr. King showed us very good hospitality. Mr. King ensured that all inquiries were addressed. This location is above a ten. It's incredibly family friendly, and I heartily recommend going. Without a doubt, they will see us again.
The Essence Resort was very clean and comfortable, the host was very helpful. I enjoyed being there and the location was perfect for me. I definitely will recommend this holiday home.
