Location, location, location! OMG, the view from the bedroom is worth every penny. And convenience to the train station and the central shops, restaurants, and the Cinque Terre hiking trails. Also our landlady, Chiara, is a dream. She promptly answered any questions and did whatever she could to help. We also took a guided tour with her of Vernazza and Monterosso one afternoon which was so much fun and allowed us to get to know her better. The apartment was spacious and clean and comfortable. We are so glad we stayed there 😁

Fantastic place with a very nice owner. Very clean, water and snacks left in the kitchen for guests. Bright rooms, large bathroom. 10 minutes' walk to the station, a bit further to the port. Thanks to the owner's kindness, we could leave our luggage in advance. I definitely recommend it 10/10

Very stylish historical house on the hill in the middle of vineyard with absolutely spectacular views of Monterosso (town, beach and the sea).
There’s also a terrace with a table, deckchairs - so having a breakfast or dinner there were enjoyable moments.
Filippo was very friendly, hospitable and willing to help. He gave us great tips regarding our trails, where to eat - which way to go. He also offered his local tomatoes from the garden. We will come back for sure. We would recommend it for people who likes trails.

To begin with, the house is spacious and modern with attention to details that enhance the whole experience (i very liked the adaptative lights).
Moreover, the balcony view on La Spezia is perfect for wonderful breakfirst and diner.
Finally, the owner couple is very cute and attentionned. They welcomed us with heart warmed information and were dedicated to our satisfaction.

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.

It was an amazing property which was very clean and well equipped. Beautiful views and well located. Very responsive staff and a lovely village with a fabulous little shop-it far exceeded our expectations.
Location is good as you have free parking at the hotel and a short drive to the nearest public carpark at Manarola. Highly recommended for visitors with self drive. The rooms are very clean and neat. Everything. Location just far enough away from the hustle and bustle with the local bus right on your doorstep to get into manarola and jump on the train. Fully equipped kitchen. Felt like a homely holiday home. Comfy clean. Washing machine. Under floor heating. Views for miles. The owner is amazing. So helpful and responsive.

Fabulous location, just a short stroll into Volastra where there was a small shop and two good restaurants, as well as a vineyard providing excellent tours and tastings. The bus stop is just across the road, getting you down to Manarola in just 10 minutes, The room, bathroom and balcony were all a good size and very clean. Our hostess was wonderful, and gave us a lot of useful information. Parking provided under the building, Decent range of breakfast options and very good coffee.
