The house was very big, fully equipped and very comfortable. The location was perfect, about 10 minutes walk to historical part of Porlezza, and right next to a carrefour with anything you might need.

Breakfast was superb, and the restaurant where breakfast was served had fantastic views. Room was very clean. We had booked the attic room, which also had great views of the lake. Parking was just outside the hotel, but the spaces are limited. The location of the hotel is superb, the boat stop is several steps away, villa Carlotta is at a short walking distance. Overall we were very happy with the hotel and would gladly stay here again.
Very clean and authentic place. Location was very central( a bus stop just in front of the building and a ferry station very nearby). Although it is central, the room was quiet. The host Riccardo was very friendly and helpful.

The villa is such a beautiful historic place. Inside, everything was taken care of, from kitchen supplies, coffee, and even pasta for very hungry travelers :) There was a bottle of water by the bed, bath essentials, and even an umbrella and a grocery bag that we could use for the local supermarket. The villa was very clean, with an amazing park outside. It was truly a mesmerizing place. Matteo and Lorenzo were very helpful. I think the pictures says it all how stunningly beautiful this place is.
The communication ahead of our stay from the host was super clear and they were very accommodating by letting us check in earlier and a bit later as well. The view was spectacular and there was a cold bottle of white wine waiting for us when we arrived which was amazing. The kitchen was also fully equipped and everything felt very clean.
