Wow, what a stunning house, in a beautiful location 😍 We were greeted by the host's mother who was so friendly, welcoming and super helpful. She let us into the house and showed us around. She also made the effort to meet us upon check out and wished us well on our jourbey. The accommodation is fantastic. It felt very homely and cosy, with such intricate little details, which made our stay super comfortable. The property is spacious, with lots of different rooms/entertainment spaces. The terrace was a special touch, we watched the sunset and sat up there to enjoy the morning sun. It felt authentic and the stay we were dreaming of. It was both relaxing and super comfortable. Thank you Sara and to your mum for a beautiful stay. We would highly recommend!

Perfect few days staying at Villa San Sanino. It is clear a lot of work/thought has been put into every part of the property - with very tasteful interiors. The staff were super helpful, helped us book restaurants etc! The pool is especially beautiful!

Nice location, conveniently connected and not far away from Montepulciano (which is a fantastic city). Spacious house, renovated well. The terrace is really nice to spend some time in the evening. The host is wonderful! Very helpful, friendly, always available. We had no issues with wifi. There is no airco but fans are available and the trees bring needed shade. Sadly piano is not available, it serves as a decoration only, which is understandable but sad that probably guests in the past have broken it.

Location! Just litte drive outside the centre surraunded by olive trees and greap fileds. Host were very firendly and helpfull. Facilitie was like real home with everythin You need. Pool area superb!

That was one of the highlights of our Italian trip. If you visit Tuscany I would say this property is a must stay to get a bit of flavour of Tuscany life. The property is way more beautiful than pictures can say. The way lights play on the building during sunset and sunrise makes you regret you are not a painter. Get your phone ready to take pictures.
Surroundings are mind-blowing. Views are amazing. Those Tuscany trees all around make you believe you are in a good old movie. Even approaching this property and getting inside was breathtaking experience.
I would easily spend more days at this place just to have a chance to stay on this land and enjoy views of fields and church while drinking Montepulciano.
I rewatched Under the Tuscan sun just yesterday and seeing this exact church in a movie and these exact views was such a flash back, made me part of this movie.
There is a steep path to get to Montepulciano, but also it’s a 1 min drive with plenty of free parking.
There are a few apartments in this building but we felt we had enough privacy.

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. Mario was a super attentive and friendly host who also gives you tips in the surrounding area what to visit and where to eat. The bathroom and bedroom are very clean and has all the appliances you need.
The accommodation was in a small historic town, very centrally located close to all the main tourist towns in Tuscany.
The reception was very efficient, the apartment was very tidy and very clean. The key was left in a safe, which I had access to very easily using a password. It had all the facilities of a home.
The place is great. You can see that the hosts thought sbout every detail. Huge place and very very clean. Never have been to such a place.
