We stayed in Villa Regina the first week of September. It is situated within a few minutes stroll from the village and although the village itself is not exquisite, it does have a cute central piazza, a handful of nice restaurants, pharmacies, supermarket and many gelatterias. Most importantly, it is a strategic choice for the traveller who wants to discover the gorgeous and numerous beaches South Sardenia has to offer.
The villa is extremely spacious and sunny, surrounded by a simple but pretty garden with a beautiful patio where we enjoyed our breakfast. We felt at home right away since it is so well equipped like a “proper” house: spacious living rooms, fully functional kitchen, comfortable beds and linen, classy bathrooms, mosquito nets, air conditioning. The only thing that needs improvement is lack of wifi. Other than that, I highly recommend it and we want to thank the owners for the warm welcoming of local patisserie products and for making our stay so comfortable and highly agreeable. A la prochaine!

This spacious, beautifully decorated home in Teulada was perfect for our group holiday. Silvia, the host, was incredibly helpful and kind, even assisting us with a rental car issue. The location was ideal for relaxation, with nearby beaches and a beautiful garden. We had a wonderful stay!

The apartment is really big, spacious, well-organised and extremely clean!!! It is located in a quiet area on the hills. The hosts live above the apartment and have a friendly, little dog. They are helpful and kind ( they welcomed us with some fresh fruit and eggs). It is a perfect place for those who value nature and tranquility. It is only 10 minute drive to the beaches of Chia

Big, very clean and well equipped appartement. Andrea and his family were very nice and welcoming. Well located, about 20-30 minutes by car to the most beautiful beaches.
5-10 minutes by walk to the center of the village where are the restaurants.
Perfect stay at Villa Ines. A quiet and peaceful place in the center of Teulada and at the same time at a strategic distance from all the beautiful beaches. Very clean and spacious apartment. Everything you need to prepare food is available. There is a large barbecue available in the yard. We were very satisfied with the hospitality of the hosts Maria and Paolo, who were very kind. We got helpful tips on which beaches, restaurants and shops to visit.

The apartment is very well organized, very clean and everything seemed new (and it had everything you might need). The owners were super helpful with any issue I had and very welcoming.
The apartment is located strategically in Teulada and you can get easily by the closest beaches in 15-30 min (also, they give you a paper you can use for price reduction at the parking slots there) - 3EUR/day.

The apartment was really nice, spacious and full of light. It was very clean and had everything you might need during a stay there. The location is next to the local piazza, and really close to food shops if needed (also very strategic to reach the local beaches in 15-30 min max).
We were in contact with Riccardo all the time, he was super helpful and kind and he gave us recommendations on what to do and where to go from day one. He also got us a great recommendation for a boat ride. We had an amazing stay there!
Friendly owner, good communication. Great house with big terras and nice view on the small village of Teulada. Comfortable house with good kitchen and nice places to sit inside and outside. Hammock yeah! Very clean. On the edge of the village so very quite. The owner was able to give us an upgrade to the bigger house so that was super nice.
Cosy place very near to some good restaurants. Beautiful beaches easy to reach by car. The place was very clean and the hosts were lovely and always there to help.

Everything was perfect! The room was beautiful and very clean, the owner was very friendly and helpful and we got a lot of tips from him. We had a really nice stay!
The location is a bit remote, but very special and calm. One is very close to the nature, stars (no light pollution), animals even. Every room has its own terrace.
The accomodation was very clean. Bedding and towels were changed every 3-4 days. The cooking corner is big enough to prepare breakfast or meals in general.
Upon arrival we were surprised by welcome fruit, yogurts and sweets. The fridge and the air conditioning worked well - this was very important because the temperatures during our stay were extra high.
