Very nice Hotel in walking distance to historic centre of Sulmona with great view into landscape. All fine, very clean, good breakfast, free car park included, pleasant staff. I much enjoyed the stay, would book again if I were in town.
Nice, quite and relaxing area and close to Sulmona. Garden with flowers where you can enjoy life. Everything very clean, big room and bathroom.
And not to forget - Maria. She is so welcoming and helpful and does everything to make you feel comfortable. Since the bus to the train station did not show up sunday morning at 8.00am, she picked me up at the bus stop and drove me to the train station. Thank you again, Maria for a lovely stay. This big and comfortable apartment is in a prime location on Sulmona's main street. Very clean and well furnished. A great place to stay for a few days. Highly recommended!

The property was really spacious and perfectly located in the centre of Sulmona. Very very clean and lots of books and games to keep the little ones entertained. Gianni the owner was nothing but excellent from helping me find a parking spot, showing me how the coffee machine works, recommending restaurants and even offering to cook me arrosticini !! What a guy !!! Would definitely recommend the property !!
If you have to go to Sulmona, for pleasure or duty, this is the right place to stay. Perfect location, impeccable service, very kind and super helpful managers. They also offer a convenient and tailor-made transfer service. It made our stay so much easier. Everything was perfect, large room, very clean, with a small terrace right in front of the aqueduct. Abundant breakfast with customizable menu. Shared large roof terrace with total view of the square. I would return to Sulmona just to stay here again!!!!
