The apartment was recently refurbished, is clean and well appointed with an outside sitting area in the garden and secured parking. It can be reached on foot from the beach and the town in 10 minutes, however the road is uphill and I think most people would be more comfortable using a car. The area is quiet and residential, the hosts are welcoming and communicate efficiently via Whatsapp or booking.

The house was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Agostino was incredibly responsive and always available to help with any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Soverato. While the property is a bit farther from the city center, we actually appreciated being away from the busy tourist areas, which allowed us to enjoy a more peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Casa Ludo is a very nice apartment located in the center of Soverato: near the beach and near the city center. No problems to park the car in the street next to the building. The hosts are very friendly and flexible in arriving and departure hours. It was very clean with a good working airco :)
Owners were very kind and helpful. The property was very clean, spacious and well equiped with an outside area to relax and a parking space was also available. It is located near to the center and to many lovely beaches all within a few minutes drive.
The location was ideal; the host was lovely, responsive and helpful - she even helped carry the suitcase from the first floor to third! The apartment was very clean with multiple beds and living space to accommodate a large family if necessary. I would recommend this property!
Beautiful property! Very clean and lovingly maintained. The bed was exceptionally comfortable - one of the best in all of the places we’ve stayed in Italy! Francesca was easy to communicate with and a wonderful hostess. Definitely recommend!
Nice house, one could tell they are trying to set up a nice stay, it’s very clean and in a good area - easily accessible with car to the center and the beach, great supermarket around the corner, owner was very sweet and helpful with advice what to do/where to visit
