Awesome location. Beautiful self contained flat in owners building. City centre meant that parking was a challenge but the owner found us a space in local (paid) secure car park. Flat was great. Little terrace to sit out. Fully equipped kitchen. Home from home. Excellent.

The apartment was very nice and clean, walking distace to the historical part of Ortigia. I liked the facilities of the apartment. And our host was very nice and helpful. We would come again for longer period. It is ideal for a couple.

Francesca's apartment was cute but had everything we needed for our two day stay, plus extras. We were meet at the apartment on arrival and she took us through the various concerns for our stay. Francesca is lovely and spoke English, if she didn't understand she would use translator. We felt like we were instant friends. The bed was super comfortable and having two air conditioners made the temperature very nice.
She supplied extras, like coffee pods, juice, and water.
Her response to our messages was prompt too. The shower had good pressure and hot water. The location was handy to everywhere.

Comfortable bed. Great location close to bus and train stations and within easy walking distance of Ortigia. Bathrooms are well sized and very clean, with good size showers. Friendly staff.

Great location. Very clean and comfortable. Nice to have a bowl of fruit and water in the fridge on arrival. The balconies were great and we would sit out every afternoon.
The location was pretty good. Ortigia was also in walking distance. The room was very spacious and very clean. It was also cleaned daily. Our host was also very kind, prepared a really good selection of breakfast, and allowed us to use the fridge in the kitchen. He also gave us some nice recommendations about the good beaches nearby.
Immaculately clean and very comfortable and peaceful yet in the heart of Ortigia. Fabio’s apartment was perfect for us with a beautiful little balcony for us to have lunch and watch the world go by below! Fabio was a perfect host very attentive with information on restaurants and advice on things to do, places to see. If you haven’t stayed here then you must, we have stayed in several holiday homes and apartments and this one is up there with the best.
Great host, the apartment is in an old barn converted into a holiday home with lots of love to detail. Beautiful details with much taste all around, very clean. Location is perfect for holiday, central and quiet in old town.
