The house is recently renowated with the best quality materials with the designer eyes of the Architect owners. It is located 2-3 km off the center on a less densely populated hillside surrounded by olive trees and natural vegetation. The owners came to show everything and gave over the key by themselves. For us it is very positive when someone is interested in the tenants, as I am always happy to meet the owner, whose house I'am living in. We were given excellent tips where to eat, what we should visit etc. In tourist frequented locations it is a great adwantage to find the real local gastronomy where you get real value for your money. We stayed in the house with three kids, but two couples could also have their privacy as well as common places.

Nice apartment with a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bathtub/shower. Very clean and set in a good location. It's a 25-minute walk from the city center and a 7-minute bike ride (yes, bikes are included with this apartment!). The owner is very polite and gave us information on how to reach the city. She was also available for any needs.
Very nice, helpful host with continuous communication and fast responses. Apartman fresly renovated, spacious, cosy, well-eqipped and very clean, with nice view to the mountains and free parking. Supermarket nearby. Nespresso coffee machine was a real good surprise.
The views over Sestri Levante and the coast are fantastic, especially from the roof bar and pool. Breakfast is extensive and good choices for lunch in the bar or pool area.
Staff very attentive, and special mention to the pool guy - Nicola I think - who kept the whole area very clean whilst also attending to our every need.
Me and my wife came on a honeymoon trip to Liguria, and we couldn't have found a better place to stay. Alessandro was very nice and pleasant. We had a smaller hickup with one of the bikes, and Alessandro came and fixed the bike very quickly. The entire place is very clean and filled with everything you might need to have a happy stay. Would recommend to everyone
Tina's homemade breakfast and super attentive manner! The house was very clean and the garden with the pool groomed.
