It is a full house, only for us with 2 spacious bedrooms. It was clean and fully equipped and climatic.
We had some issues with the. car rental, therefore I asked help from Mauritio (host). He immediately offered his support that he takes us to the accommodation. He took me another car rental place to rent one.
Last day back to the airport, Uber did not work, was waiting for 30minutes for someone to pick up. Called Mauritio again, to get his help, he managed to get a car for us within 10 minutes.
Recommend to contact Mauritio in time before you arrive, he definitely could help with anything. I think a car is good to have here, if you would go to supermarket, or restaurant. The beach is 15minutes by walk, around 200m on the main road (without sidewalk), and the rest is way more quiet streets.

Truly paradisaical in every respect. Valentino's communications were superb, extremely helpful, friendly, efficient and prompt. The gated property is pure joy. A fully equipped and very characterful house, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, airy, spacious and offers a tranquil home-from-home experience within very private, secluded grounds, which are divine. A stunning pool with several alfresco dining areas and an outdoor kitchen & bbq, all surrounded by olive groves and a fantastic view overlooking the valley below - one has an ever-changing vista in the distance like watching a miniature model landscape, with aeroplanes landing/taking off along Lamezia airport runway and trains and vehicles coming and going. Valentino arranged wonderful massages for us both in the garden and taxi transfers to & from the airport, which is just 12 minutes away. We had a perfect stay and can't wait to return.

2days stop during our road trip around Magna Grecia. Quiet location, ideal for relaxing, although we ended up having a party both nights we stayed in. But luckily there were no people around to be disturbed. The owner, Vittorio, and his wonderful wife, Mafalda, where excellent, both as hosts and as sefs. They've prepared a very tasty and delicius dinner for us, using their own products. Their self-made wine was excellent. They even participated in our party, showing us their traditional tarantela dance and willing to learn ours (greek folk dances).

The place was very clean, cozy, and well furnished. The location was central, however it was very quite at the same time. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and he made sure we had everything we needed. A bottle of wine was waiting for us upon arrival. I would highly recommend the place if you want have a nice experience, and I will be happy to come back :)

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Pasquale the owner is a lovely host and really makes sure you feel comfortable and welcome. The room is spotless, very clean and the bathroom was brand new. The room came with some snacks and a bottle of water and a hot plate, pan and microwave. He dropped me off to the airport at 4am!! Thank you ☺️

Concetta the owner waited for us till midnight as we had a flight delay. Breakfast was very good. Room very clean, spacious and well organised. Furthermore, at our checkout she took us to the airport with her car.
Host waited for me to arrive after a very late flight and made sure I had everything I needed. Room had everything you could need for your stay. Beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. Location was very convenient as well! Close to the airport and a ten minute walk to the train station.
