The house is a fantastic place with direct view of the harbor, located on a small hill right next to Napoleon summer villa (5 min walk). Surrounded by a beautiful and well-kept garden, provides a lot of privacy and close proximity to Portoferraio. The host (Christina) was available on the phone, while Germana and her husband were available on site. What wonderful couple they are! Full of energy, good humor and very helpful! They made our stay very pleasant over the xmas break and made us feel like at home. House has all amenities, including dishwasher and outside grill. All is simple, elegant and easy to use. High quality large refrigerator and dishwasher. Parking for car is right next to the house on a separate driveway. Beds were very comfortable and large. Ideal for families or group of friends. House can be heated in the off season. Truly a charm that made our trip to Elba unforgettable.

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Breakfast was fantastic and the fact that the lovely hotel is 50m from the beautiful beach was very convenient. The rooms were very clean and we had a family room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The gardens around the pool and hotel were also lovely!
The location - the nearest beach is 5 min away by foot. And this beach was really peaceful and became one of my favorite places in the world.
The outside lounge area - the long lounge chair was clean and comfortable and made me feel like I don't want to move anymore.
The room - At first from the pictures on bookingcom, it was hard to know exactly how the room would be like, but it turned out that it was very clean and had a small but nice balcony.
The staff - everybody we talked with seemed professional.
