Very spacious and comfortable apartment with all facilities. Convenient locations to tourist locations of Capo Vaticano, Tropea, Pizzo, etc. - yet smaller tourist free towns were just down the road. Large pool for relaxing after long beach day or just a day off. Breakfast was very nice - staff was very helpful. Fig trees were a plus.
Set 1.1 mi from Tropea and 8.7 mi from Santa Maria. Guests benefit from terrace. Free private parking and WiFi are available on site. A fridge and a stovetop can be found in the kitchenette.

Location is excellent close to everything - town, beaches and restraunts. Room was spacious and the host Natalie was excellent - caring, and checking in with us to ensure everthing was okay. Private parking was a luxury. Accommodated our needs when requested.

Wonderful helpful hosts, we received delicious vegetables from the garden, we felt really taken care of. Good location, walking distance to a lovely beach, about 15 to 20 minutes. Good for families. Would definitely recommend!

Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
Everything was great, can't fault it. Very clean, great location, beautiful garden. Struggled finding it by the address, however once googled "Neverland" more clear route appeared in Google maps.
This was such a well-equipped, modern and clean vacation home ! Marco was very responsive and made sure we had all we needed, with a little extra too. Our view from the backyard was bar-none the best we've ever had, so much so that despite the hot weather and scorching sun, we never missed a meal there. I may be a little biased, but this is definitely one of the best beach homes in Calabria ;)
Looking forward to going back again one day soon.
