Cosy place in old town, narrow streets, no car. But we managed to drive our motorcycle there and parked at the apartment. Communication with host was very easy. Small terrasse with a small table and 2 cheers.

Fantastic view, nice and responsive owner Sonia, easy check-in with key pick up at the complex reception, all amenities in the nicely laid out and sun/insect proof, very clean apartment, a few minute drive downhill away from San Nicola Arcella and Spiaggia dell’Arcomagno. Parking right in front of the door, but beware that on the steep hill a lower clearance (sports) car would just make the last bump to the house carefully.
Very clean, comfortable basic room. Great value for money we had the top floor room with a great view of the island and sea. The hotel is situated in the old town so you have easy access to restaurants and the beaches. The host was friendly and gave us lots of information on the local area.
Simone was a wonderful host! We got a lot of tips for restaurants and things to do from her.
She was always there for us if we had a question.
For breakfast there was every morning a large selection of homemade fresh delicious cakes made by Simone.
The accommodation was very, very clean and is located in the middle of the old town of San Nicola Archella
Each room is beautifully designed by the owners!

The only good thing about leaving the B&B is that we can finally rate it, showing our appreciation.
People working there are extremely helpful, kind and not at all intrusive. The view is amazing, breakfast also, the room is very clean and the beds are comfortable.
I really recommend it.
(Try the "crostata con marmellata di gelsi" at breakfast if you find it.)
