A beautiful, spacious and modern apartment with everything we needed. It was clean and tidy and we had a very warm welcome from Francesca. The location was excellent too - in the centre of town, but there parking close by. We had a lovely stay and would definitely go back!!

The Appartement was well equipped.
On the opposite side of the road we could easily recycle / dispose our garbage- usually not an easy task in Italy.
The hostess was very nice and quick to answer our questions.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Host was super kind and full of informations.
We had car problems and they kindly helped us to solved it.
The location is good for visiting various beaches in the area. A supermarket is very close to the apartment. The hosts prepared breakfast and excellent coffee every morning.
Everything was very clean. We will be happy to come back again.
Everything was just perfect. The room was very clean, big enough and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The host are really kind and make you feel home. The breakfast had a lot of choice including delicious homemade pastries/cakes. When back in the area, we will definitely book at 40° Parallelo again. ☺️
Breakfast, food, staff- all incredible! The dinners in particular were delicious and the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. The rooms were very clean and the beds lovely and comfy. Had a very effective air conditioning unit too, which was needed!
