Absolutely beautiful house with 8 double bedrooms and en suites, plus a couple of camping beds for a few extra people. Beautifully furnished. The kitchen is exceedingly well stocked and there is another outside kitchen and seating area which fitted 26 people around the tables when we had a celebration dinner. The pool is an excellent size for swimming and there is table tennis too. Our host Grazia was welcoming and very helpful.
The house is well-situated to visit local beaches and places such as Otranto and Gallipoli. Recommend!!

It was very beautiful and cozy place. And Giovanni was enormously friendly, helpful and welcoming host. He gave recommendation for great restaurants in Otranto and Gallipoli and even manage the booking. We really enjoyed the stay.

Everything, but mainly the pool was the best! The rooms were very big, everything was very clean, the breakfast was very good and everybody was very kind! :)
The property was great, everything we needed for our 3 nights in the area. Modern appliances, small but adequate kitchen to prepare a couple of meals. Very clean, shower was powerful, bed super comfortable, neighbour around the property was quiet. Nice outside area for taking a coffee in the morning. Couldn’t have asked for anything else.
Very good location, 10-20min to most of the beaches on the East cost. Supermarket 5 min close. Very clean and spacios room. Breakfast was very good, lots of options from sweets, to meeat and cheese, delicious local fresh fruits.

The building is only two minutes walk from the town centre and only ten minutes from Castro Marina and twenty minutes from Santa Cesarea Terme where you will find an amazing sea.

The Hotel is a beautifully renovated Palazzo which we enjoyed very much staying in. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff was exceptionally nice and very welcoming. Lavinia gave us super tips for places to spend the day. We hope to return in the future!
