Not far from the Pisa tower which is accessible by bus. . Parking was always available. Balcony had good views of the surroundings. Overall a clean, cosy, comfortable and well equipped apartment. There is a pizza shop in the adjacent building. Host Carlo was on time to check in.

Host was warm and welcoming, the apartment was clean spacious and right in the centre. Short walk from the tower and has lots of restaurants near by. The property is excellent value for money and the host kindly left us croissants, Jam, bread for toast, orange, coffee/tea, milk and water for the morning. 100% recommend and will be back to stay in the future!

Everything was clean and comfortable. Lots of extra duvets to use when weather got colder. Very good shower and nice size bathroom. Balcony was not usable really but good for drying umbrellas.

Great apartment with perfect location easily walkable to the tower, well equipped and very clean.. our host was exceptional, check in was simple and the instructions were simple and well explained... all in all - a very warm recommendation!!
We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel and especially by the receptionist - Thank you Alessandra (hope I write your name correctly). The hotel is old but well maintained and offers anything one needs. Beds were very comfortable and bedlinen and towels very clean. We enjoyed the Lavaza coffee machine in the room.
We loved everything about this apartment - the best holiday rental we have ever stayed in. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, very clean and very spacious. The host could not have been more helpful in any way at all. It is only a five minute walk from both the leaning tower and the main restaurant area, yet very quiet, peaceful and tranquil.
