Fantastic location in the mountains. On our last night we saw a herd of wild boar by the side of the road. There are also wolves in the area - although we didn't see or hear them.

A very unique beautiful stone house in the historic center of a mountain village. If you like old buildings and want something different from the usual tourist bungalow, this is for you. A great roof terrace overlooks the valley. The village is small but the people are nice, and there is a bakery, a bar, and a butcher. The hosts have a small restaurant in the basement of the house and will cook for you if you so desire. A great place if you want relaxed holidays (and don’t mind the bells of the church next door) and don‘t need a Trip Advisor-rated tourist attraction everyday.

This is a place with a million dollar view high in the mountains. Kind of a farm house, restored. Very basic, but well done. If you love nature, this is it. We were simply taken away by this place.

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Everything was very clean and comfy. We stayed at Appartement Appenino, which was spacious and suitable for three people. However, what we really enjoyed about our stay is the kindness of the manager, Luigi and all the staff; very helpful from day 1(even had a folder prepared for us with reccommendations of places to visit and restaurants). Moreover, the breakfast was incredible, all prepared with their own products harvested in their land.
Great view. The rooms were very clean and well maintained.
Sillico is a very small town (there's only one restaurant). The parking near the property was free and easy to find.
Would strongly recommend for a quiet stay.
