We had a great stay in one of the three apartments of Civico 27. The apartment and the whole place, including the beatiful and modern pool, were very well kept and clean. Rosario, the owner, was super welcoming, attentive and available. A great place to use a base to visit many of the beatiful places in the west side of Sicily.

ery nice stay! You get what you pay for and even more. Lots of space and everything what one could need is supplied. We were welcomed quite warmly, communication was easy (if you have someone who speaks even a little amount of Italian, the owners are open to use a translator app as well, though!)
Quiet area with lots of parking opportunities free if charge by the street. It was noticeable that the owners take lots of care of the space and put great effort into hosting! Definitely recommend!!

The villa was very clean and well equipped (dishes for cooking, AC, washing machine, even a beach umbrella and a chair).
The villa is very close to the sandy beach (5 min max), it wasn't crowded beginning of September. Supermarkets and gastronomias are within very short drive or 15-25 min on foot.
The garden around the villa looks much better than in the photos - the trees and plants are grown now and there's green around you, a fig tree is a lovely bonus.
The owners are helpful and very quick to response, they don't speak a lot of English but it's ok if you have an online translator.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Clean all over the Agriturismo/very clean room/ the animals very clean/pool very nice and clean and you are welcome as a family/ we will go again. Good bfast and good dinner.
The house was very clean and well equipped.
There was free coffee, tea, jam, nutella etc.
The house has washing mashine, oven and microvawe. The Bed is really comfortable. The house has all new facilities.
