We were a group of 4 and stayed just one night (should have been at least one more). Quiet place, very clean, small garden as sitting area in the front of the house, everything there for making breakfast: milk and coffee, tea, sparkling water, biscuits, jam. Just perfect.

Cute litle appartment in a line of terrace houses 20 m from the lakeside, separated only by a line of pines. Fully equiped kitchen (maybe a sharp knife and a bigger pan would be nice to add) with a coffee mashine and a water boiler, AC everywhere, comfortable and spatious bedroom, spotless bathroom. Super nice host, ready to help you out or give advice at every moment. A large parking lot close by and a nice little terrace in front of the appartment. All in all a great stay, pictures don't do justice to the appartment inside!

Great property and great value for money. Beautiful and spacious house with pool area attached. Experience the Borgo and life in Tuscany. The nearby town II Poggio is quiet and beautiful, we enjoyed it even more than other more reputable towns. Host was very responsive and friendly, they are there to help you. Highly recommend if you are in the region.

We liked literally everything in this wonderful house. That was exceptional staying and me and my gf agreed that that was the best accommodation we ever lived. There is plenty of space and everything needed to have a good rest. It's very calm there and the nature is very beautiful outside. The hosts are very good and hospitable people. We'd definitely return to spend more time in this house.

Very spacious apartment in a beautiful quiet remote location. Ideal if you’re driving, which we were. Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped, and the host was welcoming and helpful above and beyond.
The House is fully and warmly furnished and you feel at home immediately. The host Elisa is most friendly and helpful, if you need any tips she is happy to help. She welcomes you with vegetables grown in her own garden. From the location you can easily travel to Perugia, Città della Pieve or Assisi. To Panicale it's only a short walk and hiking paths are not far. To stay for some time in an olive grove is just wonderful. We thank Elisa that we could stay in her nice holiday house.
