Manuela, the host, was very lovely and accommodating, and even provided a complimentary bottle of Prosecco.
The location was fantastic (walking distance to all restaurants) & little touches around the house were noted and appreciated. Cannot fault the facilities with the private hot tub & sauna. Such a treat to have this! You have to contact Manuela to fill up the hot tub, however she contacted us each evening to arrange a suitable time for this. The bed was also very comfortable, and aircon worked perfectly. Thank you for our stay!

The host, Francesco, fully stocked the fridge with water, juice, and milk. The kitchen had a coffee machine, and it had all the coffee pods. There was also a variety of teas. The kitchen also had jams and crackers. The host also provided tickets for breakfast croissants at a nearby bakery. They were delicious!
The bathroom was fully shocked with toilet paper and shampoo. It was extremely clean.
The washing machine was convenient. There were king-size beds in both bedrooms. The apartment is very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay, and our host, Francesco, was great!!!

The place is remarkable. It's huge and beautiful with an amazing view from the balcony wich is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator in the building. The host is amazing, she had prepared for us cold mineral water and great Sicilian wine, she was super friendly and helped us with everything that we needed. the room and shared areas were very clean and beautiful. in the middle of the city, accessible to everything.the host was amazing, great insight on the areas and very helpful. he found us a place to park the car and regularly went to check on it to make sure everything was ok. he made this stay so comfortable, and would definitely stay at any of his locations!!1

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. The staff is very helpful and nice. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioner works properly. The hostel is very clean and safe. It's a stone's throw from the main attractions. Offering still and sparkling water for free was the cherry on top for me. It's worth every penny.
The property was located well within the city, most landmarks were 10min walk away. The apartment was well furnished and had really good amenities, very clean, really good air conditioning. Washing machine was great with soap and conditioner provided. The apartment had water and soap and shampoo, towels, hair dryer provided. Well equipped kitchen, however would’ve liked a microwave and aluminium scrubber for washing dishes. Great host as well, very friendly and ready to help if something is wrong.

Was very clean and quiet. The host provided us coffee and water. Also the place has air conditioner, which is a must in august. Also the host recommended us some place for eat. We loved our holiday home at Palermo, host Giovanna was an absolute gem, met us with water wine and fresh fruit after late night flight from London. She guided us thru the house, answered all the questions, helped to find money exchange point and even borrowed a stroller for our boy, so we were able to move around the city struggle free. House was very clean, well equipped, very spacious, location was great, 5-10min walk from old town, safe area, good price too. Highest recommendations! Book this without any doubts, you wont regret!
