What a beautiful house, in such a beautiful countryside! Everything is refurbished brand new, and it has everything you need, including a fireplace and washing machine. The grounds, the garden, the view…everything is perfect! You can see the most beautiful Tuscan sunsets right from the comfort of amazing patio furniture. It is so close to the sea and to amazing restaurants. The people you will meet in the area makes it very special. It is a bit of paradise. I cannot wait to return! The host and hospitality really made the trip complete.

We had a very large room, the biggest so far in Italy. It was very clean and the towels were extra thick which was a bonus. It was convenient to walk onto the old town for dinner. We were able to get a free park in the street just outside the hotel.

He also provided us with local information and was very flexible for example when we returned from a wedding as planned at 5:30am! The b&b was very clean and well looked after, and the air-con in the room worked perfectly which was a blessing in the 35deg heat! We would definitely stay there again if we are in the Orbetello area.
