Seriously, stay here. An amazing and well appointed cottage on the hill, extremely private and with everything you need as a base for Lake Como & surrounds. Cynthia saved us a car park in Nesso, and was an absolutely fantastic host with a seamless handover of keys & property walkthrough.
The views from the kitchen / bedroom / garden are insane, and it seriously feels like your own private little oasis. Everything in the cottage is well thought out, and will have everything you need. Comfy bed and very spacious for two, shops close by (although 'up' the hill ;) ).
If you have the opportunity to visit Cynthia's farm just down the road *DO IT*; One of the more unique spots in the region to see lakeside. From the cottage itself you can walk down to the famous Nesso bridge in only a few minutes. Amazing host, amazing property - 10/10, can only recommend staying here, we'll be back.

We really liked the apartment. It was comfortable, had nearby parking, air conditioning and a wonderful host. I loved the gate on the stairs - very important when you have young children. We used the washing machine and it was an added bonus to the apartment.

This place is perfect for a Lake Como trip without all the crowds. To start, the host, Nikola, was easy to communicate with, super friendly, and helpful. He met us near the place to show us where to park and to show us the apartment (he also had a bottle of Prosecco and Beer for us). #2 The apartment has been recently remodeled and still smells fresh. All amenities are new and modern, and you have a full kitchen for longer stays if you want to cook your own meals. You get two floors to yourself so there is plenty of space. #3 The Town: amazing, quiet, small, authentic Italian town where friendly locals hang out on the weekend. You have four places to eat and drink and a small marina, so you don't even have to go anywhere. A bus stop near the place will get you to Como (15 min) and Bellagio (40 min). There is also a water taxi you can take directly from the marina, or Nikola can help you rent a boat that will be dropped off for you. You can have a fancy dinner or grab a pizza to go with a beer from a place up the street (trust me, you might not even leave this place for a day or two).

The house is well stocked and the owners were very considerate, leaving a variety of snacks, drinks, and basics for a simple meal. The house is equipped with everything (appliances, cleaning supplies) and was very clean. It is an easy walk to a small store and a pizza/pub, and a beautiful but more challenging walk to the waterfall, main street, and port (lots of stairs). The owners also answered every inquiry almost immediately.
